Frequently asked questions about shopping answered

We offer free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium from an order value of €99! For orders under €99 shipping plus packaging costs are €7.95.

Our wall tiles are packed in a sturdy cardboard box, so they arrive to you in perfect condition. From our office in the Netherlands we ship our products to all countries within the EU. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose your favorite delivery service.

That depends on where you live. Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? Then delivery may take 2-3 business days (provided there are no delays at PostNL). Do you live in another country within the EU? Then delivery will take up to 7 days. For deliveries outside the EU, it can take 7-16 business days. Delivery details are listed in your confirmation email.

We will send you a confirmation with a track & trace number so you can track your package. Didn't receive an e-mail? Please check your spam folder, because sometimes the e-mail ends up there!

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees apply and are added at checkout. We have discounts and promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye on us for exclusive offers. Please note that any customs fees (depending on your country) may be charged. These charges are at your own expense.

Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? Then the delivery time is 2-4 business days. Do you live in another country within the EU? Then delivery takes up to 7-14 business days.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. Some examples of carriers include PostNL, DHL, UPS and Unconcerned.

All the designs you have selected can be found in the shopping cart. Here you can edit and check your information before placing an order. Feel free to add artwork! Not quite convinced yet? No problem, just click the delete button and the artwork will be removed from your shopping cart. In the shopping cart you also see information such as the (free) shipping costs and VAT on your future artworks.

Payment

Safe and easy payment

We offer several reliable and secure payment methods. We accept the following payment options:
- PayPal
- Credit card: Maestro, MasterCard and Visa
- Apple Pay
- NL/BE: Klarna (post-payment)

Our items are priced in EUR. The order will be invoiced in EUR.

Orders

Information about your order

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The cost of return shipping from your home to us is €5.95. For larger packages we can also arrange return shipping for you, but this is only possible within the Netherlands. In this case we will pick up the packages at your home. The costs for this are as follows:
- Parcels up to 150x100x50 cm: €50,-
- Parcels larger than the above-mentioned sizes: €65,-.

All returns outside the Netherlands are at your own expense. Costs for transport arranged by us will be deducted from the refund of the amount paid in the webshop.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the webshop with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@maevenart.com. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Wrong delivery address entered?
Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@maevenart.com. We will try to adjust the order for you.

Glad you found something that suits you! Within 24 hours you will receive confirmation of your order, including the invoice and delivery information. Still haven't received anything? Check your spam folder to see if the e-mail ended up there.

If the artwork you received is not in perfect condition, please email us at info@maevenart.com with photos of the item and the box it came in. We will then send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Did you receive an incorrect design or color? Please let us know by emailing info@maevenart.com with photos of the artwork you received and your order number. We will promptly investigate and replace your order.

Because we are a sustainable company, we do not include printed invoices in packaging. But don't worry, once the last item of your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your invoice at the email address known to us.

The legal warranty applies to all orders placed with Maeven. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it.

Protecting your personal information is our highest priority. We offer a high level of security using SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer. This advanced cryptographic system is designed to encrypt personal data so that it can be transmitted safely and securely over the Internet. SSL is the approved standard of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).

During the ordering process, Maeven asks for your name, shipping and billing address, e-mail address, phone number and your payment information (such as credit/debit card or other payment method). This information is used solely for the purchase transaction and will never be provided to other companies.

We encourage you to first report a complaint to us by sending an email to info@maevenart.com. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for EU consumers to file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not resolved elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the European Union platform.
