Verzending is inbegrepen vanaf €199 binnen de EU en vanaf €399 daarbuiten. Voor bestellingen onder dat bedrag bedragen de verzend plus verpakkingskosten €7,95.
Our wall tiles are packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We ship our products from our office in the Netherlands to all countries within the EU. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your preferred shipping carrier.

Elk paneel wordt voor jou gemaakt: reken op 4-5 productiedagen. Woon je in Nederland of België, dan is je bestelling daarna binnen 1-2 werkdagen bij je. Overige EU-landen: 3-5 werkdagen verzending. Buiten de EU kan de levering 7-16 werkdagen duren. De samplekit verzenden we uit voorraad: voor 14:00 besteld, dezelfde dag verzonden. De leveringsdetails staan in je bevestigingsmail.

Alle ontwerpen die je hebt geselecteerd, vind je in de winkelwagen. Hier kun je je gegevens aanpassen en controleren voordat je een bestelling plaatst. Voeg gerust kunstwerken toe! Nog niet helemaal overtuigd? Geen probleem, klik op de knop 'verwijderen' en het kunstwerk wordt uit je winkelwagen gehaald. In de winkelwagen zie je ook informatie zoals de verzendkosten en btw over je toekomstige kunstwerken.

Our products are priced in EUR. The order will be invoiced in EUR.
Orders
Information about your orderJe hebt 30 dagen retour. Tot 30 dagen na ontvangst kun je je bestelling zonder opgave van reden annuleren en retourneren. Meld je retour via info@maevenart.com, dan ontvang je de retourinstructies. Voor retourzendingen van buiten de EU zijn de kosten voor eigen rekening. Zodra we je retour in goede staat en met alle toebehoren in de originele verpakking hebben ontvangen, storten we het volledige orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen terug.

Did you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@maevenart.com. We will try to update your order for you.
We're glad you found something you like! You'll receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, including the invoice and shipping information. Haven't received anything yet? Check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there.
If the artwork you received is not in perfect condition, please email us at info@maevenart.com with photos of the item and the box it was delivered in. We will then send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Did you receive the wrong design or color? Please let us know by sending an email to info@maevenart.com with photos of the artwork you received and your order number. We will look into this immediately and replace your order.
Since we are a sustainable business, we do not include printed invoices in the packaging. But don’t worry—as soon as the last item in your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your invoice at the email address we have on file.
Each panel comes with a 5-year warranty, in addition to your statutory warranty. This means that your product must perform as you would reasonably expect it to. If you encounter a defect within 5 years, please email info@maevenart.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

During the ordering process, Maeven will ask for your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number, and payment details (such as a credit/debit card or another payment method). This information is used solely for the purchase transaction and will never be shared with other companies.
We recommend that you first submit a complaint to us by sending an email to info@maevenart.com. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not resolved elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the European Union’s platform.
Onze panelen halen een NRC tot 0,6 en reduceren de nagalm tot wel 60%. Bedek 15 tot 25 procent van je vloeroppervlak met vilt en je merkt al een duidelijk rustiger, warmer geluid in de ruimte.
De panelen verbeteren de akoestiek bínnen je ruimte: ze dempen galm en echo. Ze zijn geen geluidsisolatie tegen geluid van buiten of de buren - daarvoor is bouwkundige isolatie nodig.

We ship the sample kit from stock: orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are shipped the same day.
