From plastic waste to art
The processThe first step is to collect PET bottles. Once the PET bottles are sorted, they undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove labels and caps.
Grind into PET flakesAfter the PET bottles have been collected and cleaned, they are shredded into small pieces or flakes to facilitate further processing.
Formed into polyester fibersThe PET flakes are then melted at a high temperature and formed into polyester fibers. The hard plastic is transformed into a soft, wool-like texture.
The processThese fibers are used to make mats, which are then felted. This felt is heated and pressed into a sheet. And our art is made from these records.
The final productOur unique wall tiles are made from PET felt panels. They are cut and milled with precision by a digital cutting machine. Thanks to this precise milling process, we can guarantee that every design detail is accurately reproduced.
