Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for all standard products.
Delivery within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated.
For custom projects and paintings a separate delivery time applies; we always agree this with you in advance.
Shipping to the rest of the world: €9,99 flat rate, regardless of location.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a simple and clear return policy:

Non-personalized products: you have the right to return your order free of charge up to 30 days after receipt. Within the Netherlands and Belgium returns are free of charge. Outside the Benelux the return costs are €9,99.
Customization and paintings: because these are produced especially for you, returns are excluded. This is always clearly indicated with the order.

Procedure

Report your return via info@maevenart.com stating your order number.
You will receive a confirmation and return instructions.
Upon receipt of your return we will refund the full order amount via the original payment method, at the latest within 14 days.
