Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for all standard products.
Delivery within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
A separate delivery time applies to custom projects and artwork; we will always coordinate this with you in advance.
Shipping to the rest of the world: €9.99 fixed price, regardless of location.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a simple and clear return policy:

Non-personalized products: you have the right to return your order free of charge up to 30 days after receipt. Returns are free within the Netherlands and Belgium. Outside the Benelux, the return costs are €9.99.
Custom orders and artwork: because these are produced specifically for you, returns are excluded. This is always clearly indicated when ordering.

Procedure

Register your return via info@maevenart.com, stating your order number.
You will receive a confirmation and return instructions from us.
After receiving your return, we will refund the full order amount via the original payment method, no later than 14 days.
