Shipping information

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €99! For orders under €99, the shipping plus packaging costs are €7.95.

How is the order shipped?

Our wall tiles are packed in a sturdy cardboard box so that they arrive in perfect condition. From our office in the Netherlands, we ship our products to all countries within the EU. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose your favorite delivery service.

What is the delivery time of the products?

That depends on where you live. Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? Then delivery can take 2-3 business days (provided there are no delays at PostNL). Do you live in another country within the EU? Then delivery takes a maximum of 7 days. For deliveries outside the EU, it can take 7-16 business days. The delivery details are stated in your confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

We will send you a confirmation with a track & trace number so you can track your package. Didn't receive an email? Please check your spam folder, as the email sometimes ends up there!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs apply and are added at checkout. We have discounts and promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye on us for exclusive offers. Please note that any customs fees (depending on your country) may be charged. These costs are at your own expense.

Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? Then the delivery time is 2-4 business days. Do you live in another country within the EU? Then delivery takes a maximum of 7-14 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. Some examples of carriers are PostNL, DHL, UPS and Onbezorgd.

Can I install the product without damaging my wall?

Yes, you can. The self-adhesive backing of our wall tiles makes installation easy. View the manual here for a clear explanation.

Can I adjust my shopping cart?

You can find all the designs you have selected in the shopping cart. Here you can adjust and check your details before placing an order. Feel free to add more artwork! Not quite convinced yet? No problem, click the 'remove' button and the artwork will be removed from your shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will also see information such as the (free) shipping costs and VAT on your future artwork.

Payment

Pay safely and easily

We offer several reliable and secure payment methods. We accept the following payment options:
• PayPal
• Credit card: Maestro, MasterCard and Visa
• Apple Pay
• NL/BE: Klarna (pay later)

In which currency will I be invoiced?

Our items are priced in EUR. The order will be invoiced in EUR.

Orders

How can I change or cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, excluding shipping costs. The cost of returning the item from your home to us is €5.95. For larger packages, we can also arrange the return shipment for you, but this is only possible within the Netherlands. In this case, we will pick up the packages from your home. The costs for this are as follows:
• Packages up to a maximum of 150x100x50 cm: €50
• Packages larger than the above dimensions: €65

All return shipments outside the Netherlands are at your own expense. Costs for transport arranged by us will be deducted from the refund of the amount paid in the webshop.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the online store with all accessories included, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us atinfo@maevenart.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product is received in good condition.

Did you enter the wrong shipping address?
Did you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible atinfo@maevenart.com. We will try to update your order for you.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Great that you have found something that suits you! Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of your order, including the invoice and delivery information. Haven't received anything yet? Then check your spam folder to see if the e-mail ended up there.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

If the artwork you received is not in perfect condition, please send us an email atinfo@maevenart.comwith photos of the item and the box it was delivered in. We will then send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Did you receive the wrong design or color? Please let us know by sending an email toinfo@maevenart.comwith photos of the artwork you received and your order number. We will look into this immediately and replace your order.

Is the invoice included in the package?

Because we are a sustainable company, we do not add printed invoices to the packaging. But don't worry, as soon as the last item of your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your invoice to the email address known to us.

How is the warranty arranged?

The legal guarantee applies to all orders placed with Maeven. Legal guarantee means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

Is your website secure?

The protection of your personal data is our highest priority. We offer a high level of security through SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer. This advanced cryptographic system is designed to encrypt personal data so that it can be transmitted securely and reliably over the internet. SSL is the approved standard of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).

During the ordering process, Maeven asks for your name, shipping and billing address, email address, telephone number and your payment details (such as credit/debit card or another payment method). This information is used exclusively for the purchase transaction and will never be provided to other companies.

I have a complaint. Who can I contact?

We recommend that you first submit a complaint to us by sending an email toinfo@maevenart.com. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform can be found athttp://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not resolved elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the European Union’s platform.
