Shipping costs
We offer free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium from an order value of €99! For orders under €99, the shipping costs are €5.95.

To which countries do you ship?
We deliver our products worldwide from The Netherlands. Not sure if we can deliver to your country? Feel free to contact us via the contact page. Would you like to know more about international deliveries? Start a chat with customer service. 

Delivery time
For any order to The Netherlands or Belgium,, the estimated delivery time is 5-14 working days. Your order is normally delivered by our shipping partners between 08:30 and 18:00 on the expected day of delivery. 

Do you live in another country within the EU? Then delivery takes a maximum of 7 days. Overseas deliveries can take 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How will your order be dispatched?
Our acoustic wall tiles are packed in a sturdy cardboard box, so they arrive to you in perfect condition. From Maeven in The Netherlands, we ship our products to all countries within the EU. We use all major carriers and local courier partners. 

Can I track my order?
We will send you a confirmation with a track & trace number so you can track your parcel.
