Unfortunately, we cannot take back undamaged customized products.
We have custom-made it especially for you, which voids the right of return.
Non-personalized Goods
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The cost of return from your home to us are at your own expense. Please check your carrier's website for exact rates. For larger packages we can also arrange the return for you. This is only possible in the Netherlands. Where we will pick up the packages at your home.
The costs are as follows;
Parcels up to max. 150x100x50 cm : € 50,-
Packages larger than the above : € 65,-
Everything outside the Netherlands is for your own account.
Costs for transport arranged by us will be credited upon refund of the amount paid in the webshop.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging to the webshop to be returned. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@maevenart.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
I gave a wrong delivery address! Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@maevenart.com. We will then try to change the order for you.
