Useful information- Each tile measures 50x50 cm
- Thickness: 0.9 cm.
- About 300 grams each
Our acoustic tiles meet the strict EN-13501 fire class B-s1, d0 standard and are therefore safe to use on both walls and ceilings. Thanks to their excellent sound absorption in the mid- and high-frequency ranges, they are ideal for both stylish interiors and commercial environments, such as offices, restaurants, and waiting rooms.
Our tiles are made from recycled plastic and transformed into high-quality PET felt—a soft, stylish material with a subtle open structure. Thanks to its fine fibers, sound is absorbed not only where the tiles are installed but throughout the entire room, instantly creating a quieter and more comfortable environment.
The tiles are individually wrapped in recycled plastic. The PET felt, plastic, and cardboard box are all recyclable.

Why Acoustics Make a Difference
Acoustics determine how sound reflects in your space. Echoes, noise, or fatigue? That’s often because your walls reflect sound. Acoustic panels bring calm— to your mind and your space.

Reduce reverberation
Reverberation occurs when sound waves continue to bounce off hard surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and windows within a room. This results in poor acoustics, making conversations harder to understand and giving the room a noisy feel.
Our 9 mm PET felt acoustic panels have been tested by Delft University of Technology in a reverberation chamber, where absorption values were officially measured at various frequencies. These measurements show that felt panels significantly contribute to reducing reverberation, especially in the speech frequencies that are critical for comfort.
Using panels with a 9 mm or 25 mm cavity further enhances this effect. This noticeably improves the acoustics and creates a quiet and pleasant environment.
At Maeven, we don’t sell fairy tales—we deliver proven results.
Our acoustic panels have been extensively tested in the reverberation chamber at Delft University of Technology, using scientific measurement methods. The measured values are not merely theoretical figures, but hard data that can be directly applied to the acoustics of your entire space.
While others measure performance at a distance of just 20 cm—a completely unrealistic scenario for everyday use—we deliver performance that is truly noticeable throughout the entire room.
In short: no empty promises, but proven performance that you can truly hear and feel in every room.
Easy installation with no hassle
Maeven Art's acoustic tiles are self-adhesive, so you don't need any tools. Simply peel off the backing and apply them directly to the wall or ceiling.
