We offer free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium on orders of €99 or more! For orders under €99, shipping and handling costs €7.95.
Our wall tiles are packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We ship our products from our office in the Netherlands to all countries within the EU. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your preferred shipping carrier.

Our wall tiles are packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We ship our products from our office in the Netherlands to all countries within the EU. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your preferred shipping carrier.
That depends on where you live. Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? In that case, delivery may take 2–3 business days (provided there are no delays with PostNL). Do you live in another country within the EU? In that case, delivery will take up to 7 days. For deliveries outside the EU, it may take 7–16 business days. The delivery details are listed in your confirmation email.
We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package. Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder—sometimes emails end up there!
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees apply and will be added at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. Please note that customs fees (depending on your country) may apply. These fees are your responsibility.
Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium? In that case, delivery takes 2–4 business days. Do you live in another EU country? In that case, delivery takes up to 7–14 business days.
We work with all major carriers and local courier partners. Some examples of carriers include PostNL, DHL, UPS, and Onbezorgd.

All the designs you’ve selected are in your shopping cart. Here, you can edit and review your details before placing an order. Feel free to add more artwork! Not quite convinced yet? No problem—just click the “Remove” button, and the artwork will be removed from your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, you’ll also see information such as the (free) shipping costs and sales tax for your future artwork.
Payment
Safe and easy paymentWe offer a variety of reliable and secure payment methods. We accept the following payment options:
• PayPal
• Credit card: Maestro, MasterCard, and Visa
• Apple Pay
• NL/BE: Klarna (pay later)
Our products are priced in EUR. The order will be invoiced in EUR.
Orders
Information about your orderYou have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, excluding shipping costs. The cost of returning the item from your home to us is €5.95. For larger packages, we can also arrange the return shipment for you, but this is only possible within the Netherlands. In this case, we will pick up the packages from your home. The costs for this are as follows:
• Packages up to 150x100x50 cm: €50
• Packages larger than the above dimensions: €65
All returns outside the Netherlands are at your own expense. Costs for shipping arranged by us will be deducted from the refund of the amount paid in the online store.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the online store with all accessories included, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@maevenart.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product is received in good condition.
Did you enter the wrong shipping address?
Did you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@maevenart.com. We will try to update your order for you.
We're glad you found something you like! You'll receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, including the invoice and shipping information. Haven't received anything yet? Check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there.
If the artwork you received is not in perfect condition, please email us at info@maevenart.com with photos of the item and the box it was delivered in. We will then send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Did you receive the wrong design or color? Please let us know by sending an email to info@maevenart.com with photos of the artwork you received and your order number. We will look into this immediately and replace your order.
Since we are a sustainable business, we do not include printed invoices in the packaging. But don’t worry—as soon as the last item in your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your invoice at the email address we have on file.
The statutory warranty applies to all orders placed with Maeven. The statutory warranty means that a product must perform as the consumer can reasonably expect it to.

Protecting your personal data is our top priority. We provide a high level of security through SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer. This advanced cryptographic system is designed to encrypt personal data so that it can be transmitted securely and reliably over the internet. SSL is the approved standard of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).
During the ordering process, Maeven will ask for your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number, and payment details (such as a credit/debit card or another payment method). This information is used solely for the purchase transaction and will never be shared with other companies.
We recommend that you first submit a complaint to us by sending an email to info@maevenart.com. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not resolved elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the European Union’s platform.
