Maeven wall tiles and 3D tiles - Personalized Goods
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of undamaged customized products.
We have custom-made this item especially for you, which means you cannot return it.
Non-personalized Goods
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You have an additional 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item from your home to us. Please check your carrier’s website for exact rates. For larger packages, we can also arrange the return for you. This is only available in the Netherlands, where we will pick up the packages at your home.
The costs are as follows:
Packages up to a maximum of 150x100x50 cm: €50
Packages larger than those listed above: €65
Any expenses incurred outside the Netherlands are your responsibility.
Shipping costs arranged by us will be credited upon refund of the amount paid in the online store.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the online store with all accessories included and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@maevenart.com. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
