We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a simple and clear return policy:
Non-customized products: You have the right to return your order free of charge within30 days of receipt. Returns are free within the Netherlands and Belgium. Outside the Benelux, the return fee is €9.99.
Custom-made items and paintings: Since these are produced specifically for you, returns are not accepted. This is always clearly stated when you place your order.

We will send you a confirmation and return instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the full order amount via the original payment method within14 days.
