Made Just for YouEachacoustic panel is handmade to order in the Netherlands. Please allow 4–5 production days before your order leaves our studio.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shippingwithinthe Netherlands and Belgium for orders of €99 or more. For orders under €99, we charge €7.95 for shipping and handling. A small shipping fee applies to the sample kit; you’ll see this at checkout. We ship throughout the EU from the Netherlands; you’ll see the shipping costs for your country at checkout. Delivery time forthe Netherlandsand Belgium: 4–5 production days, followed by 1–2 business days in transit with our delivery partner. Other EU countries: 4–5 production days plus 3–5 business days for shipping. Outside the EU: expect 7–16 business days. Deliveries are typically made between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We ship the sample kit from stock: orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. Need your order rushed? Packaging and DeliveryYourpanels will be packed in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We ship using reputable carriers and local delivery partners.
Track Your OrderOnceyour order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder.
ReturnsYouhave a 30-day return window after receiving your order. Would you like to return an item? Please contact us at, and we’ll send you return instructions and a free return label. Returns are completely free throughout the EU; for returns from outside the EU, you’re responsible for the shipping costs. As soon as we’ve received your return in good condition, with all accessories included in the original packaging, we’ll refund the full order amount within 14 days. You don’t need to return the sample kit: the €19.99 will be fully credited toward your order.

Delivery within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom projects and paintings have separate delivery times; we always coordinate these with you in advance.
Shipping to the rest of the world: €9.99 flat rate, regardless of location.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a simple and clear return policy:
Non-customized products: You have the right to return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium. Outside the Benelux, return shipping costs €9.99.
Custom-made items and paintings: Since these are produced specifically for you, returns are not accepted. This is always clearly stated when you place your order.
Procedure
Please register your return at info@maevenart.com, including your order number.
We will send you a confirmation and return instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the full order amount via the original payment method within 14 days.
